Implementation ManagerThe Technical Implementation Engineer is responsible for the hands-on deployment, configuration, and integration of Client Business network, security, or IT solutions for enterprise customers. This role bridges technical design and live operational environments, ensuring solutions are implemented to specification, on time, and within quality standards. Core ResponsibilitiesDeploy, configure, and integrate network and IT solutions (routing, switching, security, cloud, UC) for enterprise customers Execute implementation plans produced by the Technical Design Authority and Project Manager Perform site surveys, equipment staging, cabling, and systems integration as required Conduct technical testing, validation, and user acceptance tests in line with design specifications Document implementation activities, configuration records, and as-built documentation Coordinate with third-party vendors and local teams during site-based deployments Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues in a timely manner Support the handover from project delivery to operational support teams Contribute to post-implementation review and capture of lessons learned Adhere to Client change management processes and security standards throughout implementation Technical Profile & SkillsNetwork Infrastructure: Deep knowledge of Cisco Routing and Switching (Nexus platforms), LAN/WAN topologies, and protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and IPv6.Modern Solutions: Hands-on experience in either SD-WAN (VeloCloud, Fortinet), Cloud services (Azure, AWS), and security platforms like Zscaler or Checkpoint.Tools & Processes: Proficiency in ITIL standards for incident and change management, and experience with ticketing systems (e.g., OBS proprietary tools).Soft Skills: Strong matrix management, ability to lead under pressure during network outages, and excellent client-facing communication.
