Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Technical Office Engineer – MEP (BIM) to join our team and support the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP technical office activities. The role involves reviewing design drawings, preparing shop drawings, quantity surveying, coordinating with different disciplines, and utilizing BIM tools to ensure accurate project delivery in line with project specifications and timelines.Responsibilities• Review MEP design drawings, specifications, and contract documents. • Prepare and revise shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals.• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.• Develop and update BIM models for MEP systems in accordance with project requirements.• Perform clash detection and support design coordination using BIM software.• Prepare quantity take-offs and support material estimation.• Follow up on material submittals, RFIs, and consultant comments.• Ensure all technical office deliverables are aligned with project standards and deadlines.• Support site team with technical clarifications and drawing updates.• Participate in coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. • 3–6 years of experience in Technical Office / MEP projects.• Good experience in MEP shop drawings, coordination, and quantity surveying.• Hands-on experience with BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.• Familiarity with MEP codes, standards, and construction procedures.• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.• Good command of English.• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
