Sprint Planning & ExecutionPlan and manage sprint cycles Define clear sprint goals with engineering and product Ensure realistic workload allocation 2. Delivery TrackingTrack all active tasks, timelines, and milestones Ensure progress is visible and measurable Identify delays and take corrective action 3. Blocker Identification & ResolutionIdentify technical and operational blockers early Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues Escalate risks when necessary 4. Cross-Functional CoordinationAlign: Engineering Product Financial & Analytics Ensure smooth communication across teams 5. Requirement Clarity EnforcementEnsure all tasks are clearly defined before development Push back on unclear or incomplete requirements Maintain structured and organized workflows 6. Process & DisciplineEnforce Agile / Scrum practices Maintain discipline in tools (Jira, Notion, etc.) Ensure consistency in execution processes 7.
