Technician

Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Science Graduate to join our team as a Laboratory Technician. The candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated laboratory equipment while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and handle manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated laboratory devices efficiently.Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.Prepare samples, reagents, and necessary materials for analysis.Record, analyze, and document test results accurately.Ensure compliance with quality control standards and laboratory safety regulations.Monitor equipment performance and report any technical issues to the supervisor.Assist in inventory management and stock control of laboratory supplies.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or related field). 1–3 years of relevant laboratory experience.Knowledge of operating laboratory equipment (manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated systems).Basic understanding of quality control and safety standards.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Good documentation and reporting skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Interested candidates can apply on : monica.wassim@coaholding.com
