The intern will make outbound and receive inbound calls to introduce Guide Academy’s programs and services, qualify leads, and support the sales pipeline. Daily tasks include explaining offerings clearly, answering inquiries, updating CRM or call logs, and following up with prospective learners and corporate clients. The role also involves coordinating with the training and recruitment teams, scheduling consultations, and providing accurate information to help candidates and clients make informed decisions. Interns will receive guidance and coaching to develop tele-sales techniques, professional communication, and understanding of Guide Academy’s training solutions.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including clear spoken language, active listening, and a professional phone manner.Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, such as lead qualification, basic negotiation, and persuasive conversation.Candidates should possess an interest or basic exposure to Training and Sales Management concepts, supporting coordination between sales activities and learning programs.Candidates should possess good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple calls, follow-ups, and record-keeping accurately.Candidates should possess a willingness to learn, resilience in handling rejection, and a proactive attitude toward meeting targets and improving performance.Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office or similar tools; familiarity with CRM systems or call center software is an advantage.Candidates should possess a high school diploma or be current students/recent graduates in business, communications, or a related field; previous internship or call center experience is a plus.
