The intern supports the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates, posting job ads, and maintaining accurate candidate records. Daily tasks include coordinating interviews, assisting in candidate communication, and updating internal databases and tracking systems. The intern may help with initial candidate assessments, participate in hiring and onboarding activities, and collaborate with trainers to align candidate profiles with training programs. The role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment processes, professional communication, and talent development in a dynamic, learning-focused environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Hiring to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities.Candidates should possess Interviewing and Communication skills to interact effectively with applicants and internal stakeholders.Candidates should possess Training-related skills or interest in training and development to align recruitment with learning pathways.Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets).Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Cairo, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.Ongoing or completed studies in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields are beneficial.Good English language skills (spoken and written) and familiarity with modern recruitment platforms are an advantage.
