The instructor will plan and deliver engaging English lessons to learners of varying proficiency levels, using a range of teaching methods and resources. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, assessing learner progress through quizzes and assignments, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. The role involves developing or adapting curriculum materials, integrating communicative and practical language activities, and using technology to support learning where appropriate. The instructor will also participate in training sessions, meetings, and quality improvement initiatives, while contributing to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.Qualifications Strong expertise in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language, with a learner-centered approach and clear classroom management skills.Demonstrated experience in Teaching and Curriculum Development, including creating structured lesson plans and assessment tools aligned with learning outcomes.Solid understanding of Linguistics as it relates to language acquisition, grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary development for diverse learners.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; TEFL/TESOL or equivalent certification strongly preferred.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language.Proven ability to work with learners from different cultural and educational backgrounds with patience, empathy, and professionalism.Strong organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining records and meeting teaching schedules and reporting requirements.Comfort with basic educational technology and digital tools (e.g., presentations, online resources, learning platforms) to enhance instruction.Previous experience teaching English in classroom or language center settings is an advantage.
