Run outbound and inbound campaigns (Calls, WhatsApp, Email) to pitch our service packages to UK business owners.Identify operational or strategic gaps in the prospect's current setup and position our solutions to close the deal.Confidently handle objections, navigate gatekeepers, and drive prospects to a signed contract.Lead the onboarding process for newly closed accounts, gathering requirements and setting clear expectations.Serve as the main point of contact for active UK clients, keeping them updated on project progress and managing monthly feedback loops.Review performance metrics regularly with clients to demonstrate value, ensure account retention, and actively upsell premium packages or upgrades.Coordinate client requests with internal teams using Trello and G-Suite to guarantee flawless delivery. 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Telesales, or Account Management (ideally dealing with the UK, US, or European markets).Fluent and highly confident English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. You must be comfortable speaking with UK business owners daily.A highly proactive self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision, manage their own pipeline, and take full ownership of their daily targets.A unique blend of a hunter/closer mentality for sales, combined with the patience and organization required for client care.High organizational skills with professional fluency in Trello, CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and G-Suite.
