Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Giza for a TeleSales S.V. The TeleSales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, making outbound sales calls, and building strong client relationships. The role includes providing excellent customer service, understanding client needs, showcasing training solutions, and closing sales. Daily tasks involve handling customer inquiries, offering suitable training options, and working towards achieving sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Sales and Customer Service skills with a proven ability to close deals and meet sales targetsExcellent Communication and Customer Support skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needsExperience in Training or education-related fields is a plusProblem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations positivelyStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailProficiency in relevant software tools such as CRM systemsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferredFluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is a plus
