Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Telesales Specialist will engage with potential and existing customers through phone communication to promote and sell company products or services. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, providing customer support, offering solutions to inquiries, conducting follow-ups, updating customer databases, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with other team members to meet organizational goals will also be required. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to convey information clearly and effectivelyProven experience in sales, including the ability to identify and secure new customer opportunitiesCustomer support skills, including problem-solving and providing efficient solutionsExperience in training or mentoring peers is advantageousProficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and telecommunication systemsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a collaborative environmentFluency in English and Arabic is requiredPrevious experience in telesales or a related field is a plus
