Our business is managed on a segment basis, with those segments being Automotive, Industrial, and Interface.Job Title: Senior TPM EngineerDepartment: MaintenanceReporting To: APU Leader - MaintenanceLocation: Nasr City, CairoRole SummaryResponsible for keeping equipment, such as machinery, in working condition; needing to have knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering; performing regular inspections; making emergency repairs; installing and upgrading system components; conducting diagnostic tests; troubleshooting defects; performing daily maintenance; and ensuring safety.Duties:- Supervise the maintenance activities on the mechanical and electrical side of the equipment.- Maintain machines according to the preventive plan.- Perform and supervise maintenance-related repairs.- Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure safe operation of the facility.- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment.- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained.- Review daily work orders and provide reports.- Review all documentation to ensure proper data collection.Requirements:- BSc Mechatronics Engineering.- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance role.- In-depth knowledge of electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems.- knowledge of PLC and connections.- Ability to read system schematics.- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.- Effective problem-solving abilities.- Knowledge of safety standards.- Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.- Knowledge of Lean and 5S.- knowledge of the OEE.
