The PwC ETIC Graduate Program is one of Egypt's largest fresh-graduate development tracks in technology consulting. ETIC — the Egypt Technology and Innovation Center — is hiring across 12 graduate-program tracks at its Cairo site for 2026:

  • Security: Financial Crime Analyst, Cybersecurity (German Speaker), Cyber Security – OT Security, Cyber Security – SAP Security
  • SAP Practice: SAP Ivalua, SAP TM, SAP SuccessFactors
  • Engineering: Software Testing, Applied AI, Cloud Engineer (German Speaker), Full Stack Developer
  • Operations: Scrum Master (German Speaker), Skills & Learning Operations

The program is built for recent graduates within 12 months of degree completion in computer science, engineering, data, or business with technical electives. Several tracks specifically ask for German-speaking candidates because the work supports PwC's DACH-region (Germany / Austria / Switzerland) client delivery teams.

Graduates rotate into production consulting projects after a structured onboarding — building real client deliverables rather than sandboxed coursework. Each track has a dedicated practice manager who acts as the graduate's day-to-day technical sponsor for the duration of the program.
