Hiring: Accounting Specialist (French Speaker) | HybridWe’re looking for a French-speaking Accounting Specialist to join our team and support AP/AR operations + collections in a fast-paced, international environment.If you have strong accounting fundamentals and you're confident handling French clients & vendors, this could be a great fit for you.What You’ll Be DoingAccounts Payable (AP):Process vendor invoices & ensure accuracyHandle payment cycles (wire transfers, schedules)Resolve discrepancies & communicate with vendors (FR/EN)Accounts Receivable (AR):Issue invoices & reconcile incoming paymentsManage collections in French (calls & emails)Maintain A/R aging & follow up on overdue accountsHandle disputes & coordinate resolutionsGeneral Accounting:Perform bank reconciliations & expense reviewsSupport month-end closing & journal entriesMaintain records on ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAPWhat We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in AP / AR / O2CStrong understanding of accounting processes & reconciliationsVery good Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)Fluent French (B2–C1) is a MUSTGood English communicationDetail-oriented & able to handle multiple prioritiesNice to HaveExperience with French markets (France / Canada / EMEA)Exposure to multi-entity environmentsBackground in collections or customer-facing finance roles
