Identify, target, and acquire enterprise-level clients in real estate, banking, and financial services. Own and achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and pipeline growth. Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients. Manage the entire enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Lead complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long sales timelines. Deliver tailored presentations and solution proposals aligned with client needs. Sell advanced software solutions, including: Property Management Systems Real estate sales & marketing platforms Digital payment and financing solutions Understand client pain points and position solutions with clear ROI and business value. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise clients. Act as a trusted advisor to decision-makers (C-level and senior stakeholders). Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Develop strategic partnerships with banks, fintech companies, and real estate developers. Collaborate with partners to expand market reach and generate new business opportunities. Monitor industry trends in PropTech, FinTech, and real estate. Conduct competitor analysis and identify market gaps. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings. Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to deliver customized solutions. Align internal stakeholders to support complex enterprise deals. Provide regular reports on sales performance and business development activities. Use data-driven insights to improve sales effectiveness. Build a strong network within real estate, fintech, and technology sectors. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. 6–10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, B2B software sales, or business development. Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals. Strong experience in PropTech, FinTech, or Real Estate is a MUST. Experience in selling SaaS or digital solutions. Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles. Fluent in English
