Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Manager with expertise in real estate, based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Financial Manager will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring adherence to budgets and compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing investment strategies, forecasting, and optimizing costs for real estate projects. The role also involves liaising with banks, auditors, and tax authorities, as well as providing insights to support decision-making and business growth. Qualifications Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimizationProficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and investment strategy, particularly in the real estate sectorKnowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and financial auditing processesProficient in advanced financial software and toolsDemonstrated leadership and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProven experience in coordinating with banks, regulatory bodies, and external auditorsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications like CPA, CFA, or CMA are a plus)Prior experience in finance within the real estate or project management industry
