The Human Resources Business Partner at our company plays a strategic role in partnering with business leaders to align human resources strategies and initiatives with business objectives. This role acts as a trusted advisor and consultant to management on human resources-related issues, leading workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development efforts.1- Collaborate with business leaders to understand business goals and challenges and develop HR strategies to support those objectives.2- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and retention initiatives.3- Lead workforce planning including forecasting, recruitment coordination, and succession planning to meet business needs.4- Drive organizational change initiatives and support culture development aligned with company values and vision.5- Partner with the Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition teams to implement competitive compensation, benefits, and recruitment strategies.6- Manage employee relations issues proactively, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and labor law compliance.7- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management for informed decision-making. 1- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on business partnering.2- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.3- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.4- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.5- Ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.6- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use HR metrics for data-driven decision-making.
