With a practical, client-facing consultant who can assess, design, and implement HR and governance solutions in dynamic business environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end HR consulting engagements from assessment to implementationConduct comprehensive organizational assessments, including structure analysis, workforce mapping, and HR maturity evaluationDesign and implement Corporate Governance frameworks, covering governance layers, decision-making structures, and Delegation of Authority (DoA)Define clear organizational structures aligned with business strategy and operational needsDevelop and standardize Job Descriptions (JDs) with clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilityDesign and implement Performance Management Systems (PMS), including KPI frameworks, appraisal tools, and evaluation processesDevelop HR policies, procedures, and SOPs across all HR functionsFacilitate leadership workshops and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders and business ownersProvide practical, data-driven recommendations to address business challengesSupport implementation and change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new frameworksPrepare high-quality consulting deliverables, including reports, presentations, and frameworksManage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveryQualifications8–15+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on consulting.Proven experience in Corporate Governance and HR Transformation projects.Demonstrated experience in: Organizational structuring, Performance management systems, and HR transformation initiatives.Exposure to a diverse range of industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, services, etc.)Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and market practices.
