We're Hiring a Lead Electrical Engineer with strong expertise in Primary Design of high-voltage substations to join our engineering team on strategic projects across Egypt and the Gulf region. Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of General layout, equipment arrangement, cable routing, earthing & lightning protection systems.Support the Tender Team by providing technical inputs, reviewing tender documents, and preparing design deliverables.Coordinate closely with protection, control, civil, and mechanical teams.Review vendor documents and ensure compliance with international standards (IEC/IEEE).Guide junior engineers and manage technical deliverables.Requirements:From 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in primary design for HV substations.Strong command of AutoCAD and Revit.Familiarity with utility standards (e.g., SEC, DEWA, EETC) is highly desirable.Excellent leadership and communication skills.
