Responsibilities Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel formulas to create and maintain sophisticated spreadsheets for data tracking and analysis.Develop, organize, and update comprehensive training manuals, procedural guides, and instructional materials.Evaluate training delivery methods to maximize effectiveness while optimizing costs and minimizing environmental impact.Implement targeted training programs designed to help employees maintain and enhance their professional skill sets.Identify training requirements by conducting surveys, interviews, focus groups, and consultations with managers and stakeholders.Track, evaluate, and record the effectiveness of training activities and overall program impact.Design, plan, and direct comprehensive orientation and training initiatives for both employees and customers.Monitor training expenditures and prepare detailed budget reports to justify departmental spending.Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree Business Administration,• Minimum 1 year of experience in a in L&D, preferably within Real Estate,• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
