As a Leasing Admin Lead, you will oversee and manage all aspects of lease agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of lease-related activities. This role requires a strong background in contracts management and exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.You will serve as a key link between the leasing, finance, and legal departments to ensure smooth lease operations and accurate documentation across all properties.Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:Lease Management & Documentation:Manage and maintain all lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and terminations.Ensure lease data accuracy and completeness across internal systems and databases.Prepare, review, and verify lease abstracts and financial terms for accuracy.Maintain digital and physical records in compliance with company policies.Contracts Administration:Review lease and contract terms to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.Liaise with legal and commercial teams to resolve discrepancies or ambiguities in contracts.Track critical lease dates (renewals, expirations, escalations) and coordinate timely actions.Financial Analysis & Reporting:Prepare lease-related financial reports, payment schedules, and reconciliations.Use advanced Excel functions to analyze lease data, forecast costs, and identify savings opportunities.Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities related to leasing.Cross-Functional Coordination:Collaborate with leasing, property management, and finance teams to ensure proper communication of lease obligations.Coordinate with tenants, landlords, and internal stakeholders to address lease-related inquiries.Support system implementation and process improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy and workflow efficiency.Team Leadership & Development:Supervise and guide the lease admin team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.Provide training and mentorship on lease processes, documentation, and reporting standards.Promote a culture of accountability, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.+5 years of experience in lease admin or contracts management, preferably within real estate or mall operations.Strong understanding of lease structures, legal terms, and financial implications.Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, and financial modeling).Familiarity with ERP or lease management systems (SAP, Oracle, Yardi, or similar) is a plus.Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
