Reports to: Senior Manager, IPSO Operations and ServicesPurpose:The job holder will provide comprehensive support to international students, AUC degree-seeking students, and visiting students participating in short-term programs. The role involves assisting students from the point of application or upon joining AUC as new students, with particular focus on health insurance management, coordination with relevant university departments, and execution of events at the IPSO office. He or She will foster integration within the AUC student body, contribute to the evaluation and enhancement of cultural programs, and assist in the planning, organization, and coordination of activities within the student services unit.Responsibilities:Student Orientation & Integration:Assist in planning and implementing mandatory orientation programs for all new students international and orientations for outgoing AUC students and helping students to adapt and prepare them to university life and campus resourcesSupport various student categories (CASA fellows, ALIN, graduate, undergraduate, and non-degree students) to ensure a smooth academic, cultural, and social integrationEvent Planning & Logistics:Coordinate all logistical aspects for office events, cultural trips, and social gatherings for international and preparing domestic students for study abroad, including venue booking, catering arrangements, and guest list managementOrganize transportation and related logistics for student trips and official requirements, collaborating with relevant university departments to ensure seamless executionAdministrative Services (Health & Residency):Manage student health and residency processes for international students and assist domestic students for travel logisticsAct as a liaison between students and AUC offices to handle approvals, claims, or required documentationFacilitate completion of residency or related applications, ensuring compliance with university and governmental requirementsProgram Administration & Student Engagement:Ensure accurate record-keeping for inbound and outbound programs, preparing statistical reports on applicant pools each semesterSupport recruitment and education abroad initiatives, ensuring website and communication channels provide up-to-date information regarding opportunities, deadlines, and application proceduresAdditional Related Duties:Perform other related duties as assignedRequirements:Minimum Education Requirements:University Degree is requiredExperience:Minimum of seven years of previous experience; including two years in a university setting, preferably providing services to studentsExperience working with diverse nationalities and culturesSkills:Communication: Excellent English communication skills; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Operational: Proficiency in data gathering, analysis, organization, and task management.Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, professionalism, and teamworkThis position is open until July 2, 2026Placement is based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
