Sourcing & Advertising: Create and publish job ads on various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals) and source passive candidates through networking and professional groups.Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and perform in-person or virtual interviews (junior to executive levels).Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with managers to define job requirements, qualification criteria, and interview techniques.Process Management: Coordinate the full hiring cycle, manage candidate databases (ATS), and ensure a positive candidate experience.Metrics & Reporting: Track key metrics such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire to improve recruitment efficiency.Onboarding Support: Assist with pre-employment checks, reference checks, and the initial onboarding/orientation process 2 years experience in Recruitment Agency is an advantage.
