By integrating global design expertise with localized delivery and operational excellence, the company consistently delivers high-quality, cost-efficient, and future-ready projects.📍 Location: Katameya, New CairoJob Description:• Procure mechanical materials & equipment (HVAC, piping, pumps, valves, ducting, fire-fighting systems)• Coordinate with design, technical teams, PMO, project managers, site engineers & MEP teams• Prepare & issue RFQs; analyze technical & commercial offers• Negotiate prices, payment terms & delivery schedules• Identify, evaluate & manage suppliers and subcontractors• Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, pricing) & resolve issues (delays, defects, non-compliance)• Support budgeting; control material costs & review quotations/invoices• Track procurement schedules to avoid project delays• Attend meetings & report on procurement status and risks• Draft/review contracts & purchase orders; ensure compliance• Follow up on payments & handle contractual issues• Maintain procurement records & provide regular reportsRequirements:-• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement of mechanical works within construction companies.• Experience in large-scale building or industrial mechanical projects.• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment specifications.• Familiarity with ERP systems.• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.• Strong analytical and cost control abilities.📩 To apply:Send your CV to s.hussein@tawzef.comkindly mention the job title in the subject line
