Job SummaryResponsible for monitoring security systems and responding to alerts to ensure the safety of people and assets. Supports daily operations through inspections, incident reporting, and coordination with teams while maintaining compliance with security procedures and standards.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to security system alerts, ensuring immediate action is taken and incidents are escalated to management as requiredMonitor and operate all security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems, to ensure continuous protection and functionalityPrepare and submit detailed daily operational reports, highlighting key activities, incidents, and system performanceOversee and evaluate BU coordinators’ performance, ensuring adherence to operational standards and identifying areas for improvementConduct random inspections and system checks across branches to verify that all security systems are fully operational and compliantSupervise inspection procedures for individuals and vehicles, ensuring proper protocols are followed at all timesIdentify, document, and report violations or security incidents, ensuring timely escalation and proper resolutionCoordinate closely with internal departments on all security and protection-related matters to support overall organizational safetyMonitor security personnel via CCTV, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and professional conduct standardsEnsure full adherence to company policies, safety standards, and security regulations, maintaining a high level of operational discipline.Qualifications & Requirementslanguage Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and spokenEducation: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant fiedAdministrative Skills: Strong communication, reporting, and documentation abilityTechnical Skills: Good working knowledge of IT systems with proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationworking ConditionsWorking Hours: 8-hour shift (10:00 PM – 06:00 AM)(Night Shift)Days Off: One day per week (Friday)
