The Sales Manager will lead sales activities for WAJJAD’s B2B digital platforms, including developing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth in targeted sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting product presentations and demos, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. The role also involves collaborating with product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine value propositions, gather market feedback, and support successful client onboarding. The Sales Manager is expected to monitor market trends, prepare regular performance reports, and contribute to forecasting and strategic planning.Qualifications Strong skills in B2B sales, account management, and business development for technology or SaaS solutions.Experience in sales strategy, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting, with the ability to set and achieve measurable targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.Ability to analyze market trends, understand client operational challenges, and translate platform capabilities into clear value propositions.Proven experience working in or selling into governance, legal, financial, or real estate sectors is a strong advantage.Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial for regional client engagement.Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and tools.
