This role oversees pipeline management, monitors performance against targets, and ensures consistent execution of sales processes and standards. The Sales Supervisor supports team members through coaching, training, and regular feedback, while fostering a customer-centric culture and resolving escalated client issues. The role involves preparing sales reports, analyzing market and customer data, and collaborating with management to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities. The Sales Supervisor also works closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with product capabilities and overall business objectives.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales metrics, identify trends, and support data-informed decision-making.Candidates should possess Team Management and Training skills to lead sales staff, develop capabilities, and ensure consistent performance and compliance with company standards.Candidates should possess robust Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client relationships, handle escalations, and deliver clear, professional interactions internally and externally.Experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or SaaS environments, is highly beneficial.Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing small to mid-sized sales teams.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software; comfort working with data dashboards and reporting tools.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
