The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to monitor team performance, prepare detailed sales reports, and implement strategies that improve productivity and sales results. Experience in selling services rather than physical products is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Monitor daily sales activities and ensure team members meet their KPIs.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, including sales results, conversion rates, team productivity, and individual performance.Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve team performance.Conduct regular coaching sessions, one-to-one meetings, and performance evaluations.Train new sales representatives and provide continuous guidance to enhance their skills.Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer acquisition.Monitor pipeline performance and ensure timely follow-up with leads and customers.Collaborate with the Marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and promotions.Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans to achieve business goals.Ensure CRM systems and sales records are accurate and up to date.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.Proven experience in selling services (B2B or B2C) rather than physical products.Strong experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.Strong analytical skills with experience preparing and presenting sales performance reports.Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in selling digital services, SaaS, recruitment services, marketing services, or other service-based solutions.Experience dealing with Saudi clients or the GCC market is highly preferred.Experience managing inside sales or telesales teams.
