Job Purpose: The job holder will lead and manage stakeholder engagement, strategic partnership development, and program coordination, ensuring robust collaboration between AUC Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI), partner banks, small medium enterprises (SMEs), donors, and ecosystem stakeholders. Working closely with the Center’s director, the role drives the efficient and compliant implementation of program activities while providing technical guidance on training curricula to guarantee high-quality delivery and alignment with overarching program and donor objectives.Core Responsibilities:Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Management: Lead and manage comprehensive engagement, communication, and relationship management with partner banks, SMEs, donors, and ecosystem stakeholders, while ensuring strong strategic collaboration, well-documented outcomes, and strict alignment with program objectives and timelinesProgram Coordination and Implementation: Oversee daily program execution and cross-functional coordination between internal teams and partner institutions, while ensuring timely fulfillment of donor requirements, effective stakeholder alignment, proactive mitigation of operational risks and maintaining consistency and quality of outputsTechnical Oversight and Program Content: Review and guide the development of program curricula, training modules, and consultant deliverables, while ensuring high-quality educational content, exact alignment with program objectives, and the effective fulfillment of partner bank and SME learning needsConsultant and Trainer Management: Manage the full lifecycle of trainer and consultant engagement, from recruitment and onboarding to continuous coordination with partner institutions, while ensuring complete operational readiness, seamless program delivery, and strict alignment with overarching stakeholder needsReporting, Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Prepare comprehensive progress reports, documentation, and key deliverables for all internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring the continuous maintenance of high-quality standards, consistency across operational outputs, and a strong culture of continuous improvementAdditional Support: Perform other related duties as required to support effective stakeholder engagement, partnership management, and program implementationQualifications:Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, development studies, economics, public administration, or a related field is requiredMaster’s degree is preferred, which may substitute for up to two years of required professional experienceEight years of experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, or project coordination, preferably within development, financial inclusion, SME support, or capacity-building programsDemonstrated experience working with institutional partners such as financial institutions, development organizations, or ecosystem stakeholders is strongly preferredProven experience supervising staff and coordinating multi-stakeholder teamsExperience supporting donor-funded or multi-stakeholder initiatives is strongly preferredFamiliarity with budgeting processes, reporting requirements, and compliance standardsSkills:Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners, coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives, and facilitate collaboration across organizationsProgram Management: Strong coordination and organizational skills, including work-plan tracking, stakeholder follow-up, and risk monitoringRecruitment and Consultant Management: Experience supporting recruitment processes and coordination of consultants or technical expertsCommunication and Reporting: Strong documentation and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with institutional partners and donorsAnalytical and Operational: Ability to identify operational challenges, support problem-solving, and contribute to continuous improvement processesLanguages: Fluency in English and Arabic, written and spokenProfessionalism: High level of accountability, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environmentThis position is open until May 7, 2026.Placement is based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
