Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Planning Engineer at Mac Construction, located in 10th of Ramadan. The Senior Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and managing planning strategies for urban projects, ensuring project timelines and goals are met effectively. Responsibilities include creating detailed project schedules, monitoring progress, coordinating with project stakeholders, and implementing project controls to maintain efficiency and productivity. This role requires the ability to analyze data, forecast potential challenges, and communicate insights to ensure project success. Qualifications Strong expertise in Planning and Production Planning to develop and manage effective project schedules.Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate project data, address challenges, and optimize operations.Hands-on experience in Project Control and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project is highly preferred.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field is required.Previous experience in urban planning or construction projects is a strong advantage.Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members effectively.
