Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Property Consultant will manage client relations, provide real estate consulting services, lead property sales efforts, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves driving property sales performance, conducting client needs assessments, and delivering tailored real estate solutions while adhering to the company’s high standards of professionalism and excellence.QualificationsExpertise in Consulting and Real Estate, with a deep understanding of market trends and property evaluations.Strong Communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and relationship management.Proven Customer Service skills, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement with clients.Proficiency in Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and closing deals.Ability to work in a target-driven environment with excellent problem-solving skills.Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
