Role Description ECB is seeking a Senior Proposal Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm Heliopolis. The Senior Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing and writing high-quality technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research, coordinating with engineering and procurement teams, evaluating project requirements, and developing competitive project bids. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to create cost-effective solutions and ensuring all proposals align with company standards and client expectations. Qualifications Proficiency in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing, with the ability to craft detailed and winning proposalsStrong knowledge and experience in Electrical Engineering, with the capability to interpret technical specifications and requirementsExperience in Sales and Procurement processes, including coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholdersExcellent organizational, analytical, and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on client engagementBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field is requiredPrior experience in the consultancy or engineering industry is highly preferred
