Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to develop relationships with international schools and support student recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the institution's academic programs, generating leads, building strategic partnerships with schools, and achieving enrollment targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and networking skills and be a graduate of an international school system.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with school principals, counselors, career advisors, and administrative staff.Conduct school visits, presentations, workshops, and information sessions to promote academic programs.Represent the institution at educational fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events.Generate and qualify leads, follow up with prospective students, and support them throughout the admission process.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment and sales targets.Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and recruitment outcomes using CRM systems.Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute outreach campaigns and promotional activities.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student recruitment opportunities.Prepare regular sales and recruitment reports for management.Ensure a high level of customer service and positive engagement with students, parents, and school representatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.Graduate of an International School (American, British, IB, Canadian, or equivalent curriculum).2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, student recruitment, admissions, or customer relationship management.Strong understanding of the international education environment.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
