Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior T.O Engineer located in 10th of Ramadan. The Senior T.O Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating technical office activities related to urban planning projects. Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving project designs, preparing detailed technical reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards, monitoring project progress, liaising with stakeholders, and providing technical guidance to team members. The role also necessitates active involvement in cost optimization and quality assurance processes. Qualifications Proficiency in technical tools and software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering-related applicationsExperience in urban planning, project preparation, and detailed design reviewStrong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving, cost analysis, and quality assuranceExcellent communication and collaboration skills for interacting with stakeholders and guiding teamsIn-depth knowledge of local building regulations, urban planning standards, and construction methodologiesBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related fieldA minimum of 7 years of experience in technical office engineering or related fieldsProfessional certification or licensure (e.g., PE, PMP) is a plusProficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools
