Key ResponsibilitiesDecision support: Deliver comprehensive, periodic performance reports to guide Sales Management in strategic planning.Real-time monitoring: Track daily sales dashboards, providing timely analysis, insights, and recommendations.Request management: Assign and oversee incoming reporting requests from commercial SPOCs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Cost analysis: Review quarterly franchise OPEX, identify anomalies, and propose cost-control measures.Headcount optimization: Recommend sales workforce allocation based on workload analysis in collaboration with Commercial Planning.Data governance: Define report criteria and filters with the Data Warehouse team to ensure precise data extraction for new products/services.Performance reviews: Present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reviews, highlighting revenue trends, performance gaps, and actionable insights.ROI modeling: Build and maintain profitability models to evaluate sales channel ROI, supporting leadership in data-driven decisions.Experience & Qualifications3–5 years of experience in sales reporting or performance analytics.Background in Fintech or Telecom industries.Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Excel, BI tools, and reporting automation.Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
