The Timekeeper is responsible for accurately recording and monitoring employees’ attendance, working hours, overtime, leaves, and shift schedules.Key Responsibilities:Record and monitor employees’ attendance and working hours daily.Maintain accurate timesheets, overtime records, and leave balances.Prepare attendance and timekeeping reports for payroll processing.Coordinate with supervisors regarding absenteeism, delays, and shift schedules.Ensure all attendance records are updated accurately and on time.Verify employee clock-in and clock-out records.Assist in resolving attendance discrepancies and time-related issues.Maintain employee records and documentation related to attendance.Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.Support HR and administration tasks when required.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Good knowledge of attendance and payroll systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Good communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
