JOB TITLEVendor Performance Senior Analyst | MAF Global Solutions | Gobal Solutions EgyptRole SummaryThis role leads the data-driven evaluation of vendor performance, translating high-volume operational data into strategic insights that drive business decisions, cost optimization, and service excellence. The Senior Analyst ensures that all vendors meet contractual commitments and performance standards while proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities.ROLE PROFILEManage and analyze large-scale performance data across 250+ vendors, ensuring visibility and control over service levels, costs, and delivery timelines.Conduct volumetric and trend analysis on key performance metricsDesign, maintain, and automate executive dashboards and scorecards to provide senior management with clear, data-backed visibility into vendor performance and value delivery.Lead root cause analyses of vendor underperformance or service failures, collaborating with stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions.Partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure that vendor performance supports cost efficiency, operational continuity, and compliance objectives.,Support the ongoing revision and recalibration of SLAs and KPIs to reflect evolving business needs and market dynamics.Drive continuous improvement initiatives by establishing volumetric benchmarks and developing performance models that forecast vendor capacity, quality, and responsiveness.Oversee performance compliance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations, ensuring accountability and transparency across all vendor categories.Requirements5+ years of experience in vendor management, data analysis, or performance monitoring, preferably in a relevant industry.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools to track and report vendor performance.Solid understanding of vendor management best practices, SLAs, KPIs, and contract management processes.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and identifying performance gaps.Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage vendor relationships effectively.What We OfferAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
