Job SummaryThe Business Development Manager is responsible for driving strategic client acquisition, commercial growth, and high-value business opportunities across DMC. The role focuses on expanding the company’s presence within luxury travel ecosystems, premium hospitality networks, diplomatic channels, and elite guest markets while strengthening long-term commercial relationships and market access opportunities.The role leads targeted business development initiatives across UHNWIs, VIP clientele, luxury travel advisors, corporate stakeholders, and strategic referral networks while ensuring alignment with the company’s luxury brand positioning, curated hospitality offerings, and guest experience standards.Key Responsibilities Strategic Client Acquisition & Business DevelopmentLead strategic client acquisition, commercial conversion, and revenue generation initiatives across targeted luxury markets and high-value client segmentsIdentify and develop strategic market access channels through luxury travel networks, embassies, diplomatic relationships, private offices, and premium hospitality ecosystems.Build and execute targeted client acquisition and commercial growth strategies aligned with the company’s luxury positioning and curated hospitality offerings.Luxury Network & Relationship ManagementEstablish and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, family offices, diplomatic stakeholders, hospitality partners, and elite guest referral networks.Represent the company within luxury hospitality, premium travel, lifestyle, and high-profile networking environments to strengthen market presence and strategic access opportunities.Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and premium brand representation. Commercial Growth & Revenue GenerationLead commercial negotiations, strategic client engagement, and conversion activities for high-value business opportunities and elite guest accounts.Develop tailored luxury offerings, premium hospitality proposals, and curated guest experiences aligned with market demands and client expectations.Monitor luxury travel trends, competitor activity, guest behaviors, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and strengthen commercial positioning.Commercial Performance & Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and oversee Account Leads to ensure effective networking activities, stakeholder engagement, lead generation efforts, and commercial follow-up execution.Monitor commercial KPIs, pipeline performance, guest acquisition metrics, revenue growth, and relationship conversion activities to support sustainable business growth.Drive commercial reporting, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen market penetration, conversion effectiveness, and strategic growth outcomes.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate closely with Hospitality, Operations, Partnerships, and Marketing Insights teams to ensure seamless luxury guest experiences and integrated commercial execution.Support the development of differentiated hospitality offerings and bespoke guest experiences aligned with operational capabilities and market opportunities.Safeguard the company’s luxury brand reputation and ensure all client engagements reflect premium hospitality standards, relationship excellence, and organizational values.Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related discipline. Master’s degree is preferred.Minimum 6–8 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, commercial operations, or luxury hospitality environments.Proven experience managing client acquisition, strategic accounts, commercial relationship development, and high-value stakeholder engagement.Demonstrated ability to drive strategic commercial growth through elite guest acquisition, premium client engagement, and relationship-driven business development initiatives.Experience operating across international luxury markets and multicultural stakeholder environments is highly preferred.Additional languages are considered an advantage.
