This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations and seating, and ensuring a smooth flow of service in the dining areas. The Hostess Server guides guests to their tables, presents menus, and coordinates with the serving team to deliver timely and accurate orders. Daily tasks include responding to guest inquiries, handling special requests, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The role also involves working closely with other team members to uphold service standards, maintain cleanliness in host and dining areas, and support overall guest satisfaction.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.Candidates should demonstrate solid Teamwork skills to collaborate with serving,and front-of-house staff.Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or front-of-house service is preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.Professional appearance, a courteous attitude, and the ability to remain calm in busy or high-pressure situations.Proficiency in English; additional language skills, especially relevant to international guests, are an advantage.
