Internal AuditorDepartment: Internal AuditReports To: Lead Internal AuditorJob PurposeThe Internal Auditor is responsible for assessing and evaluating financial, operational, and compliance processes. The role ensures the accuracy of financial records, identifies risks, and supports strengthening internal controls to enhance efficiency and safeguard assets.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and analyze financial and operational data to identify errors, risks, or control weaknesses.Review records, documents, and transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.Participate in audit fieldwork, including walkthroughs, testing, and documentation.Assist in evaluating internal controls and recommend improvements.Prepare audit working papers and support in drafting audit findings.Assist in preparing audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.Conduct interviews with employees to gather audit evidence and clarify processes.Monitor compliance with financial, operational, and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with different departments during audit assignments.KPIsAudit plan completionQuality of audit reportsTimeliness of action plan follow-upQualifications & RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldExperience:3–5 years of experience in Internal AuditSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracySound decision-making abilityHigh level of integrity and reliabilityGood command of EnglishTechnical SkillsProficiency in MS Office applicationsERP system knowledge (preferably Microsoft Dynamics / Axapta)Work EnvironmentOffice-based roleRequires handling detailed analytical work for extended periodsKey InteractionsInternal:Internal Audit TeamFinance and Business UnitsSenior Management
