Retail Operations Manager

ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations across all retail stores to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.Monitor sales performance, store KPIs, and operational metrics such as conversion rate, average basket size, and sales targets.Ensure proper implementation of company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards across stores.Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and coordination with the supply chain team to prevent stock shortages or overstock.Supervise store managers and retail teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards across all branches.Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure proper product display and promotions for electronics products.Monitor store expenses and work on cost control to improve profitability.Support new store openings, store renovations, and operational setup.Address operational issues, customer complaints, and escalations when needed.Prepare periodic operational reports and provide recommendations to improve retail performance.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.10+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the Retail electronics.Proven experience managing multiple stores or branches.Strong knowledge of retail KPIs, store operations, and inventory management.Experience in team leadership and performance management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
